Partner FAQ

Everythingpartners ask us.

01

What is an MVA live transfer?

A real-time phone handoff of a motor vehicle accident claimant to your law firm. Our agent screens the caller against your criteria, captures consent, then connects them to your intake team on a warm three-way call.

02

Who do you work with?

Personal injury attorneys and law firms that want more signed motor vehicle accident cases, and licensed call centers that buy, sell or staff legal intake campaigns.

03

Are your leads and transfers exclusive?

Yes. Every claimant is delivered to a single partner and never resold or shared with other firms.

04

Which states do you cover?

We run campaigns nationwide and can target by state, county or metro. Our highest-volume markets include California, Texas, Florida, New York, Georgia, Illinois, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina, Michigan and Ohio.

05

How do you make sure a case is qualified?

Every claimant is screened on eight points before handoff: fault, medical treatment, police report, insurance, accident date, current representation, jurisdiction and documented consent. You can add your own disqualifiers.

06

How is pricing structured?

Per live transfer, per signed retainer, per exclusive lead, or per agent hour for dedicated intake and outbound calling. Pricing depends on state, case type, volume and exclusivity, and is set in a written insertion order.

07

What if a transfer doesn't meet our criteria?

Submit it for review within the return window in your agreement. We check the recording and credit transfers that fell outside the agreed criteria.

08

Is this compliant with TCPA and attorney-advertising rules?

Consent is captured before any contact, every call is recorded, and numbers are scrubbed against Do-Not-Call lists. Engagements are structured as marketing and intake services and reviewed against your state's advertising rules; we recommend your ethics counsel reviews the agreement.

09

How quickly can we start?

Most partners go from discovery call to a capped pilot within one to two weeks, depending on script approval and integration.

10

Can licensed call centers partner with you?

Yes. Call centers can buy MVA transfers for their own law-firm buyers, sell us qualified transfers that meet our criteria, or add our trained agents as overflow seats.

11

What counts as a billable live transfer?

A transfer that meets the criteria agreed in your insertion order and stays connected with your intake team past the agreed minimum duration. Transfers that fall outside your criteria can be submitted for review and credited under the return policy.

12

Are live transfers exclusive?

Yes. Each claimant is transferred to one partner only. We do not resell or ping-post the same caller to multiple firms.

13

What happens if my intake team doesn't answer?

We attempt your intake line and any backup numbers you provide. If no one answers, the claimant is scheduled for a callback and the transfer is not billed.

14

Who decides whether a signed case is accepted?

Your attorneys do. Every case goes through your review window, and your firm makes the representation decision. We never tell a claimant that a firm has accepted their case.

15

Do your agents give legal advice?

No. Agents are trained to explain the process, answer logistical questions, and route any legal question to your attorneys.

16

Is paying per signed case allowed?

Rules differ by state bar. We work with your ethics counsel to structure the engagement as a marketing and intake service that complies with your jurisdiction's advertising and referral rules before any campaign launches.

17

How is an exclusive lead different from a live transfer?

With a lead, you receive the claimant's details and your team makes the first call. With a live transfer, our agent has already spoken to and screened the claimant and connects them to you on the phone.

18

How fast are leads delivered?

Leads post in real time — typically within seconds of the claimant submitting — so your team can call while the claimant is still engaged.

19

Can I return a lead?

Yes. Invalid numbers, duplicates, and leads outside your filters can be returned within the window in your insertion order.

20

Can your agents use our case-management software?

Yes. We work inside your CRM or intake platform with user accounts you control, or post structured intakes through an integration.

21

Do you offer Spanish-language intake?

Yes. Bilingual English/Spanish agents can be assigned to your account.

22

Can we start with just after-hours coverage?

Yes. Many firms start with nights and weekends, then expand to overflow during business hours.

23

Can you call leads we bought from another vendor?

Only if the consent covers calls from your firm and its agents. We audit consent records first and exclude any record that doesn't qualify.

24

Do you send text messages too?

Yes, where the claimant has consented to texts. Cadences follow quiet-hour rules for the claimant's time zone.

25

Can this run alongside our own intake team?

Yes. We typically work the leads your team couldn't reach after its first attempts, so the two teams never double-dial.

26

What do you require from a call center partner?

Documented consent language, call recordings on every transfer, DNC scrubbing, and willingness to share disposition data. We verify these before a test campaign starts.

27

Do you buy transfers from call centers?

Yes, when the calls meet our buyers' criteria and consent requirements. Submit a partner application with your volume, states and consent language.

28

Can our agents work under your script?

Yes. We provide the qualification script, disqualifiers and QA scorecard, and review recordings with your floor managers.
